Customer story
Total Service went live on CSIPay in under two hours
One developer. No drawn-out integration cycle. Here is how the Total Service engineering team moved payments to CSIPay and brought the transaction inside the Constellation ecosystem.
“We are very happy with CSIPay. It has exceeded all our expectations for TS Cloud and for our customers.”
Douglas vanden Bosch, CEO, Total Service
The situation
Total Service was already processing payments, and it worked. What it did not do was keep the payments revenue or the vendor relationship inside the ecosystem. The shift started with an internal discovery call.
“At the time, I was not aware we had a sister company that could support the same type of payment functionality we were using a third party processor for. Once we understood the offering, it made sense to evaluate CSIPay.”
Enrique Corado, VP of R&D and Applied AI Architect, Site Service Software and Total Service
The migration
Payment migrations have a reputation: vague timelines, slow replies, and a surprise in week six. This one did not follow that script.
“The CSIPay team was on top of everything from the start. The process was well structured, the timeline was clear, and the communication was fast and consistent throughout. I would rate the experience a 10 out of 10.”
Enrique Corado, VP of R&D and Applied AI Architect, Site Service Software and Total Service
The integration
The development work is the part most teams brace for. For Total Service it turned out to be the easiest part of the project. A single developer completed the entire implementation, and two things made the difference: the CSIPay documentation and the CSIPay MCP server.
“The integration was much easier than expected. The documentation and the MCP server made the development process straightforward and reduced the back and forth that would typically come with a payment integration. The actual implementation took less than two hours.”
Enrique Corado, VP of R&D and Applied AI Architect, Site Service Software and Total Service
01
Query integration details
Developers pull CSIPay integration knowledge directly inside the tools they already work in.
02
Generate working code
No documentation hunts, no support ticket queue between a question and an answer.
03
Validate as you build
The build gets checked as it goes rather than at the end, which is where migration surprises usually live.
What this means for TS Cloud customers
TS Cloud is an AI-enabled field service ERP for elevator, HVAC, and service contractors, backed by more than 30 years of industry expertise. It brings dispatch, project management, job costing, payroll, financials, and performance dashboards into one system, so field activity flows into the books without rekeying.
Payments now sit inside that same system. Merchants run card and ACH charges without leaving TS Cloud, and the processing relationship stays inside the Constellation ecosystem rather than with an outside vendor.
The takeaway
For Corado, the argument runs past his own integration and lands on where the value of every transaction ends up.
“For other companies in the ecosystem that are still using their existing payment provider, I would recommend making the move. CSIPay is a sister company, so it makes sense to benefit our own organization, strengthen the partnership internally, and reduce unnecessary third party fees where possible.”
