Founded as Automated Integration in 1991 and rebranded to Total Service (TS) in 2022 we are the premier provider of ERP software particularly in the elevator service industry. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we have a deep understanding of Elevator, HVAC, and service organizations. We have utilized this knowledge to build a best-in-class All-in-One software solution that is purpose built to empower these industries.
