Pricing

Pricing That’s Built Around Your Operation

We don’t publish a pricing table. Here’s why: a 12-person HVAC operation with basic dispatch needs and a 75-technician elevator contractor running union payroll in four states are not buying the same product.
Total Service pricing is configured around your operation — the number of technicians, the modules you need, and the complexity of your payroll. Pricing that doesn’t account for this either overcharges simple operations or undersells complex ones.

What Drives Pricing

  • Number of active field technicians
  • Core modules selected — dispatch, payroll, CRM, customer portal, job costing, inventory, mobile app
  • Payroll complexity — standard, multi-state, union, certified payroll
  • Number of entities or locations
  • Implementation scope and data migration requirements

No Hidden Platform Licensing

Unlike platforms built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Total Service does not require additional third-party platform licensing. The price you receive is the price you pay. There is no separate Microsoft licensing fee, no Azure hosting cost, and no integration middleware to maintain. Everything is handled by our customer success team.
For many contractors comparing Total Service to other options, this difference alone — when fully loaded — is significant.

Implementation Is Included

Total Service implementation is led by industry specialists, not generic IT contractors. For standard deployments, implementation support is included in your first-year agreement. You are not billed separately for the specialists who get you live.

What to Expect

Total Service is enterprise-capable software priced for independent contractors. You will not find us at the bottom of the market — this is not a $99/month dispatch app. You will also not find us at the top. We compete on value: more functionality, less overhead, and implementation that actually reflects your operation.
The best way to understand the price is to understand what you’re getting. A 30-minute demo will give you a clear picture of the platform and a baseline for a real quote.

How a quote is built

A TS Cloud quote starts with a live look at your operation, not a rate card. The process includes:

  • A free guided demo. A Total Service specialist runs a live 1:1 session of about 30 minutes, tailored to your operation and using your own data where possible.
  • A discovery call. The team walks through your current tech stack, shows which integrations you would still need, and gives you a realistic implementation timeline. Most clients are fully operational in 5 to 6 weeks; larger operations with complex payroll or multi-location data typically take 6 to 10 weeks.
  • Your onboarding team. The demo is your first meeting with the team that will work with you from first setup to launch, and it covers their support approach.

How to compare quotes

Software pricing in this market can vary widely because of platform dependencies, so compare fully loaded numbers rather than headline prices. Ask every vendor, Total Service included, the same questions:

  • Does the software require a third-party platform license, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, on top of the subscription?
  • Are implementation, training and ongoing support included in the price?
  • Is payroll native, or does it run through an external integration that has to be reconciled with operations?
  • Is implementation led by industry specialists or by generic IT project managers?
  • Can you speak with a reference client of similar size and complexity about their actual timeline?

Frequently asked questions

How much does TS Cloud cost?

Total Service does not publish a price list. Each quote is built around your number of active field technicians, the modules you select, payroll complexity, entities or locations, and implementation scope.

Is the TS Cloud demo free?

Yes. The guided demo is a free, live 1:1 session of about 30 minutes, with no commitment required and no credit card needed to request it.

Is implementation included in the price?

For standard deployments, implementation support is included in the first-year agreement. You are not billed separately for the specialists who get you live.

Does TS Cloud require Microsoft licensing?

No. TS Cloud does not require third-party platform licensing, so there is no separate Microsoft licensing fee, no Azure hosting cost and no integration middleware to maintain.

Does payroll affect the price?

Yes. Payroll complexity (standard, multi-state, union or certified payroll) is one of the factors in every quote. See integrated payroll for what the payroll module covers.
