WEST HILLS, Calif., Oct. 19, 2026: TS Cloud, Total Service’s cloud-based ERP and field service management platform for elevator, HVAC and service contractors, is now generally available to new and existing customers. The platform is no longer limited to the controlled beta program with select customers that Total Service described when it announced TS Cloud on February 12, 2026. Contractors can see it in a free 30-minute guided demo.

What TS Cloud includes

TS Cloud brings dispatch, job costing, financials, payroll and field mobility into one system. It includes:

  • Dispatch: manage and schedule field technicians.
  • Job costing and financials: track costs by job, with financial data carried from entry to finalized documents without re-keying.
  • Native payroll: technician time from the mobile app flows into payroll, with union agreement rules, multi-state withholding, and certified payroll and prevailing wage reports built in. See integrated payroll.
  • CRM and customer portal: customer, site, equipment and contract records share the same data as operations, and clients can view work orders, inspection reports and invoices in the portal. See CRM and customer portal.
  • Mobile: a technician app built for field conditions, available on Android and iOS.
  • TS Cloud AI: six live capabilities: TS Cloud AI Assistant, Dashboard Copilot, AI Report Builder (including Generate Report from PDF), AI Document Template Engine, In-App Coach and Technician Assist. See TS Cloud AI.

Ellie is the voice and face of the TS Cloud AI Assistant, answering plain-English or voice questions from any screen using live operational data. For contractors cautious about AI claims, the TS Cloud AI page lists only capabilities that are live in the product, and Total Service’s published view is that AI supports technicians and does not replace their judgment. For a one-page summary of the platform, mobile app and API, see the TS Cloud fact sheet.

Who TS Cloud is for

TS Cloud is built for independent elevator service contractors, and for HVAC and specialty contractors, with a focus on 20 to 200 person operations. It is designed for companies running on-premises systems or a previous version of Total Service, and for those looking for a cloud-first ERP tailored to service operations. For what the move to the cloud changes day to day, see the benefits of cloud-based elevator software.

How to get started

The first step is a free 30-minute guided demo: a live 1:1 session with a Total Service specialist, using your own data where possible. Pricing is configured around each operation, including technician count, modules and payroll complexity, and implementation support is included in the first-year agreement for standard deployments.

According to Total Service’s implementation methodology, most clients are fully operational within 5 to 6 weeks, or 6 to 10 weeks for larger operations with complex payroll or multi-location data.
